ok heres the plan.i have my 95 2wd psd.i havent been able to locate a cheap 4WD frame for it.but i have a92 F250 4WD in yankin the cab off of.whats involved in ripping the suspension out and stuffing it under my 95?i dont care if the 4WD works for now.i gotta get the output shaft and tail housing on my tranny swapped.i also want to keep my dually front wheels.can i bolt my knuckles to the F250 parts?ill eventually come up with a D60 but i gotta work with what i have for now.

Hey Rich,
I asked a similiar question a while back. From the replies I got and IF I recall correctly parts from an 87 - 97 will work. It is time consuming but if you have a good donor vehicle that has all of the parts then it is doable and just depends on how much time and will power you have. Once again IF I recall correctly one of the responses said that the 4WD parts would bolt onto the 2WD almost perfectly. I don't recall if my posts was on this great site or TDS.
Good Luck and let us know how it goes,
Craig

ok well i think i have a dana 60 coming from a dual wheel dump truck.if i was to get the shackle reversal kit would that make life easier as it appears all i need from a 4wd truck would be the rear shackle mounts and the asociated steering linkages and panhard bar.

ok well i got my D60.and the best part is all i gotta do to get it and all the associated parts to go with it is........................yank the tranny out of it for the guy:D :D :D thats good and bad as i need the extension housing and the output shaft for mine but he may have a junk E4OD that i can have to rape those parts from :D :D so will the RSK make life easier or what?im gonna lop the frame off behind the front cab mounts so ill be able to get all the measurements and brackets that i need.and the best part is its comeing out of a dually dump truck!!
