Late 99, The O ring on the drivers side rear of the HPOP, the line goes to the pass head, is puking oil. How do I fix this. I was able to tighten it 1/2 turn or so and stop the leak, but I know this is only temporary. How do I remove the oil line?

just unbolt the two ends there are JIC (IIRC) fittings going into the hoses and o-rings on the end any quality hydraulic shop should be able to pull the new o-rings off the shelf if you bring in the ones that are worn or even the fitting that they go on.

the pump fittings use #6 orings and the heads use #5 orings, both available at most hydraulic shops.

High pressure lines

;tuFORGET THE EXSPENSIVE TOOLS, IF YOU KNOW HOW THE RETAINERS WORK IT'S TIT. PUSH THE STEEL PORTION OF THE LINE TOWARDS THE FITTING, NEEDLE NOSE PLIARS IN BETWEEN THE FITTING AND PLASTIC SLEEVE THEN PRY GENTLY ON THE SLEEVE TO RELEASE THE LOCK WHILE STILL PUSHING DOWN THEN PULL UP, IT'S OFF.
