I'm assuming you mean the fronts.. Soooo: Between the bumper & the fixture, there's 2 9 (black) phillips screws.. back them out.. pull strait back,, the whole fixture assembly will kinda "pop" loose, from 2 push/lock fasteners........

Well, I see the 2 phillips screws on passenger side.;tu The driverside of the f#@&ing bumper is pushed up and I cant get to the screws!:rant I never noticed that before, I wonder if someone backed into it and pushed it up a bit. How hard is it to remove the bumper or is there a way to push bumper back down? I can push it down a bit with my body weight. Maybe I can push it back down?:dunno
I hope its not to difficult because I want to put in all my LED lights tomorrow. (turn signals, side markers, brake lights, reverse, and license plates)

Yes, you can adjust the bumper. Crawl under and look at how it's mounted.. you will see*, by loosening the mount bolts.. it can be adjusted,, up/down, left & right.

:dunno I've used a 1 1/2" block.. placed on the bumper, under the Tsig/Plight fixture... to get a matching height/clearance ????

*Once you look it over good... yul see indexing tabs/marks FORD used..when they put it together.
