Should be a data sticker on the driver door jamb with the GVWR.. If the Flat Bed body is aftermarket (not OEM Ford), yul need to get the 450 weighed.. subtract the scale weight from the GVWR.. that number will be the Pay Load yer cabable of.

assuming the bed isn't a rotten POS.... better crawl underneath and inspect as well..
