Help with business plan

I am changing jobs when I move to Colorado. My new employer wants me to give him a sample business plan. I know my job as an Estimator, but I did not attend any business school and definately dont know much about writing a business plan. I would appreciate some help from those more knowledgable than myself. Any tips or advice would help me out a bunch. He wants this by Friday.

I found a template that will guide me through it. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on how it should look or read. I am continuing to be an Estimator. But now, not only will I be estimating demolition jobs, but I will also be estimating deconstruction (not the same as demolition), landscaping and construction projects. The company I will be woking for also wants me to figure out how to get their Bio-diesel project off the ground.

lets take a trip to brazil, they are on the way to being NON oil dpependent very soon. they makes tons of ethanol and gm has an engine plnat there

glad to hear someone we know will be looking at future energy items.
last night the pres was rather long giving the US 6 years to be on the road to bio fuels like other places, we could be doing it in two years if we follow brazils lead.
