HI guys,
You might remember me from a while back. I was in Pittsburg, KS but now live in Reno, NV.
A little about me. I graduated from Pittsburg State University last May with a bachelors in Automotive Technology. My emphasis is in diesels and heavy equipment. I work for a VERY large construction company here in Reno. I am training to become an equipment manager for them.
I spent a few months working on the Ford Technical Hotline up in Detroit. It was fun, but I HATE Detroit... LOL Currently I own a Ford, but it's only a Ranger. The company I work for though has a lot of diesel engines, and 99.9% of our trucks are Ford F-150, 250 and 450's. We also run a lot of International Flatbed 43/4700 trucks with 7.3 or DT466. We have an abundance of 7.3L, and 6.0L around the area. So I have some knowledge in them.
Now if ya'll break down in my area. I dont have a shop, but I do have some tools, a 3 ton jack, and a lot of know how.
Basically I am just here to help expand my knowledge of diesel engines, keep up on current topics for these Ford diesels (as we own a lot at work), and maybe put my 2 cents in every now and then.
Thanks,
