lose the all-caps--it's very annoying to try and read

dont know if they are the same as the 04, like mine. but there are two "allen, or star" type screws that adjust both up & down, and side to side.
on my truck, they are very obvious to see.
your owner's manual should have some info i believe.
and yes, your all caps are blinding us as well.

The inner set screw adjusts the beam up/down and the outer set screw dials the side to side(or vice versa)
You can use a 7mm nutdriver(the easiest) a 9/32 socket with 1/4" driver or a T-20 Torx bit.
Here's a few photos I shot on the set screw locations,just as a note this was off my 2002 Excursion.

I just use the garage door as a target. I alternately cover each headlight with a blanket or tarp and adjust each one individually until the spacing and height looks about right. Then after I drive at night a few times, I adjust them up or down as I want until I got them right where I like them.
It's a lot easier to do than you'd think.
