With our daughter graduating from college and moving out of the house to Nashville, Mrs TG decided to contribute our old living room sofa & love seat to the cause. With our living room exhibiting a sudden & serious lack of seating capacity, we went shopping.
While in Nashville after hauling all our daughter's stuff down, we went to a few places and found a living room set we liked at a Rooms To Go.
What was surprising was we were able to get a sofa, love seat, recliner, two end tables and coffee table, trucked from the RTG warehouse in Atlanta to our door for $500 to $1000 less than we could find similar stuff locally.
I wasn't excited about running the card up that much, especially for things that don't involve making the truck go faster or farther.
But sometimes when the wife wants something, you just have to go along with it.
My big blue recliner was the one hold over item, the rest is new. Mrs TG found the throw rug and lamps at local second hand stores for really cheap. I took the pics with my cell phone, so they are a little fuzzy.
