Get a downpipe and open air element (Tymar) to let the engine breath. Your turbo whistle will be more pronounced.

There arent many mods available for the stock turbo on a PSD and an aftermarket turbo is pretty pricey.

The smaller exhaust housing that 96stroke is talking about will help your turbo spool faster which will give you better off the line performance. However it can also give you slightly higher EGTs simply because it is smaller. The stock housing is a 1.15AR and the aftermarket comes in two sizes and I think it is a 1.0AR and a .84AR (AR= aspect ratio and what that is basically is the squeeze space the gas has to go through in order to exit the turbine).

I got a turbo re-build kit and compressor wheel from Gpopshop.com for my '97 7.3L. I'm wondering if there are any instructions with pic's online somewhere?
This new wheel is supposed to make my intake charge psi higher and have cooler egt's.

Do you have a link to a picture of this wheel? Currently I know of no wheel alone that will push more air for the stock Garrett unit.
