Our local Wildcat dealer called me today at 4:30 p.m. and said that our Wildcat is in.
It seems like forever that we have been waiting for it. He said that we could pick it up Friday. They need a couple of days to clean it up and do a PDI on it. We will show up early Friday morning and do our own pdi before taking it home.

Yep... it will be hard to wait... we are going down again today, to take some measurements to order the slide out awnings. I can hear the road beckoning.

We went by today to check on the progress, and they are hard at work checking for any problems. They have found a couple, mostly loose fittings. They pressurize the water system, and look for leaks. While we were there, we are having them install vent shields, so we can drive with the vents open if needed, plus protecting the vents from the sun. We are very happy that this unit came with the correct carpet, linoleum, and fabric colors that my wife wanted. He had the a/c on, and it was freezing... just want we want.. Very hot summers here.
Our sterio system is probably ruined... He had it on some hip hop rock station. I am sure it will never be the same. Maybe after enough Bing Crosby, and Dean Martin songs, the sterio might heal itself.
