Gear Shift Lever Disassembly

Can anyone give me the disassembly instructions for the gear shift lever on the column.

I found the broken wire that is preventing the OD lock out button from working but I can't get to it without disassembing the lever from the column.

Remove the plastic cover around the steering column. Remove the pin that holds the lever in. It's been awhile since I replaced mine but it's not to hard to do.
