GASSER/DIESEL CONVERT

How hard is it to convert a Gas 5.4 Triton to Diesel? I have owned my 1999 F-250 since new and have racked up 235,000 + miles on her without much of a whimper. But have come into ownership of a 2000 Diesel Powertrain. With all wire harness and everything to convert my tired 5.4 Triton. What do you all think about the pros and cons on such a task? I have a Paxton Blower for more HP, But it doesn't match up to the Power Stroke that I miss having. Any tips welcome.

go find an old diesel and put the power train in that much much much easier! maybe an old IDI in a scrapyard with a good body!
