Wondering if any of you have had this issue, my 2001 350 which is my pride and joy has had a rattle for the past 12 hours over bumps, I located the problem to the filler neck bucket that looks like the previous owner tried to silicone back onto the inside of the bedside. So I pulled the assembly off and painted it DT466 blue but am trying to decide the best way to reattach it to the inside if the bedside. It appears there were 4 spot welds from the factory but must have been prior to paint. Any ideas?

Filler Neck repaired

Hey all thanks for the advice about the filler neck. I just got through stuffing my fat ass up in between my bedside and frame rail to remove all the crap from the bedside and clean it with acetone. I found some JB Weld kicking around and decided to use that. It's all set and dry, appears to be just as strong as before so we'll see how it go's from here.
