Fuel Pump

Howdy All,
Before I go and replace the fuel pump again-mad (see thread: why am I killing fuel pumps), I thought I would check and see if there is another fuel pump set up? I checked on the pre-filter setups and will be adding the one from Napa most likely. Does anyone have a pic of the Dahl set up where you delete you fuel canister?

This is a multi part question for you or anyone else who wants to chime in:
How do I check to see what my FPR (Fuel pressure regulator...correct?) is set at?
What should it be set at?
How do I adjust it if it is at the wrong pressure?
