Fuel filter gasgets

are there any parts stores that sell just the rubber gaskets? also i tried to drain the fuel water seperator, i opened the valve and nothing happened the only way i got it to drain was to remove the the top of the filter housing. any ideas on whats causing this?

Vacuum caused the fuel not to flow. You might try Ford for the gasket.

I always keep a spare o-ring around from the previous filter change just in case.
