Fuel Filter Cap Socket....

First diesel, and began servicing the engine yesterday. Discovered I had a fuel filter cap socket in my tool chest.:cowboy:

never thought about using the hub socket. great idea
beats the inverted channel lock design by miles.
another reason i should have kept the 7.3

I've got one of those and never considered using it for that.

I've just been using the handle end of a set of pliers and a large screwdriver to turn it. I got a spindle nut socket when I did the Dynatrac mod last Labor Day, but I never thought of using it for the fuel filter cap.
