Front Brakes

Have a 2002 e 350 and it seems like just the front brakes are working most of the time. They get hot towing and with big loads and the rears don't hardly get warm. What could be wrong. All shoes are good.

Here is a low tech try...

Take a perma mark marker , write on the rear rotors... just some lines.... take a short drive than check to see if the lines are worn off... this will confirm your suspicions. There is a proportioning valve near the master cylinder, there is some room for adjustment on this, to allow additional braking to the rear wheels. its been a while since I played with onel of those... but from what I recall a slight adj goes a long ways.
