Are you talking about the wheel bearings? I replaced my wheel bearing assy a couple of months ago....I think it was a Master Pro name brand. Holding up ok right now (knock on wood)

My needle bearings went out about 2 months ago and ate up my front driver side axle. The shop I took it to said they was going to put cheve bearing sback in because they last longer. :dunno

My uncle has a '00 V10 F350 and he kept replacing the wheel bearings with after market parts. Finally they went back to the factory part and has been good ever since.

I ran the Solid Axle Free Spyn kit on my 2000. Gained about 1mpg. If you have auto hubs they will go away. Easy install as well. Like mentioned earlier, the cost will buy a few unit bearings.
