Fog lights & High Beam DIY

I cannot locate a nice article I recall on how to enable fog lights & high beams on at the same time. It showed a Ford schematic in which the high beam indicator in the instrument panel served as the ground path for the fog lights, and which wire to cut to cure this little foible. Of course, now I can't find the article!
