Finally got off my butt and posted picts

I bought our 2000 Lariat dually this past May as a replacement for a very tired F150 that was used to pull our vintage Porsche race car to events in CA, AZ and NV. I bought a used 33ft 5th wheel trailer to put it in and the trip to/from the races is much nicer now. I was going to leave things stock, but, I put in an Edge w/Attitude programmer, AFE stage 2 intake and 4 inch SS exhaust with a Magnaflow muffler. I also bought a burl molded dash overlay to match the door trim and from ITP I bought the AutoEnginuity software which is really cool as a bunch of faults popped up after the first time I ran the truck with the Edge system. Oh yeah, some roof mounted air horns that my grandson really loves!!!

The truck only had 79K miles, 20k 5th wheel and even still had the cb radio in it from the previous owner.

I retired from the Navy in 1985 and work as a software engineer and teach college and one of these days I'll probably slow down?! There are some picts of the setup in the pic gallery.

sounds like you have become a victom of PMS (powerstroke mod syndrome) of which there is no cure. keep up the good work

Posted more picts

As requested, I added some picts to my picture gallery. They show some of the things I've done so far including the diamond tread tail gate cover for the 5th wheel tail gate and 4 inch exhaust peeking out. The steps I made so I can reach into the bed and work the 5th wheel hitch. A right and left side pict of the dash overlay. The helo tape on the door edges, borrowed from the race car as the body on the truck is pretty much scratch free. The folding bed cover and a front view with the air horns and driving lights.
