WELCOME!!!!!! :thumbs :thumbs

Check the wire harness connectors going into and under each of the valve covers. Those things are notorious for coming partially loose, enough to cause injector "misses".

There is also a connector clip available from Ford to keep the connectors under the valve covers together. They came out with this item to address this specific issue.

on edit: have you checked your glow plugs themselves? I saw you changed the relay, how about the glow plugs? When I recently did my fuel injectors, I also did the glow plugs. When I was done, I checked the old glow plugs with an Ohm meter expecting to find one bad. Turned out that 3 were bad.
