Engine block heater

I recently bought an '09 and I want to put the "optional" power cord on it for the engine block heater. Is it fairly easy or is it better left for the dealer. I'm not mechanically inept but I don't know how big of a project this would be.

No, it is not hard at all. Get the cord and hook it up to the heater that is above the starter. You will see when you crawl under your truck.
