Howdy,
Here's a quick question for y'all. My cargo lights and interior lights (roof and door) will not go out. Right now the bulbs are out of the sockets so nothing over heats, and I don't drain the battery.
Here's the history:
Last week I had the cab gutted, while I re-did my headliner and rigged some extra stuff. While everything was out I spliced into the hot wire that controls the the lumbar pump for a cell phone charger and a power outlet (cigarette lighter style) for the back seat. When I put everything back I had the problem with the lights staying on. I checked the obvious like making sure the head light switch wasn't cranked over to make the cab lights come on. I banged on the jamb switches in the door thinking that one of those was hung up, now I am out of ideas.:dunno Anyone wanna give it a shot?
Thanks,
Craig

It is possible that one of the jam switches is bad! I would do like Rick said first! But if its still there then pull the door panals and cut the black with the White stripe that goes to the back of each door one at the time till you find the bad switch!

or just unscrew the jamb switches and unplug them.my tbird had one that was corroded so bad that the dome light would stay on whether it was pushed in or not.i unplugged it and the light went out.
