Just finished up an install of a DP Tuners F5 chip with 80 hp Econo & 120hp race setting on my 2002 CCSD. I have a 4.5 inch Icon Vehicle Dynamics hanger kit with 35's on the truck. Well, needless to say, I have an ear to ear smile!!! Its awesome. The throttle response is instant. My hats off to Jody and his staff ( James, the rep I dealt with was as good as they get. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks Jim!!! ). I must say that for a diesel "FNG", the install seemed a little daunting at first glance but it went quite smooth once I started.. I mocked it up so many times that I can breeze through the install in a snap now. You only need a 7mm, 8mm and 10mm wrenches. I think I might have to do a torque converter and gears just to take full advantage of all this new found power!!! Speaking of power, WOW!!! what a difference. Its power throughout the RPM range. Great stuff!! Well, I'm going to take the rig for another joyride for some big smiles!!!! Any member thinking about a chip, I know you've heard it a million times before, give Jody and his crew a call. You wont regret it!!!;tu

Thanks for the heads up guys. Unfortunately for this SD, it will never know the feeling of towing anything. Its more of a toy truck than a work truck. I'm building it to go fast and look good. That being said, would I be able to carry anything in the bed, say a Harley, on these settings? Thanks, Lee
