The area where the headlamp switch is on the left of my dash is dark. How do I replace the bulb in the dash at this switch?

Anyone got any ideas on how to replace this bulb?

Smoky, there are four screws at the corners of the inst. panel. You need to remove them and then changing the bulbs is normal. If you PM (Private Message) me your email address I can send you what I have from the Ford Service DVD.
