convert real player vids to window media player files?

as the title says.how do i convert a video that is in real player format into a windows media player format?i gotta couple vids on my digi camara but when i load them into the computer they come in real player format.i dont have or want real player.

on edit.they are quick time format not real player

I use Stoik Video Convertor

it's freeware; just do a Google for it...
