i have ran Power Service the most. i have been using the one on the left for the last 6 tank fulls. i have been very pleased with it so far.

if you have a 29 gallon tank like mine, you can get about 5 tanks out of the bottle.

the blud cap one is the winter formula.

Bill told me about it.

I usually don't run any unless I am towing my second home and then it is usually Power Service. Should I be running all the time?? I feel like I pay enough for fuel and then have to put additives in just kills me! What does all ye say? To boost or not to boost, that is the question. -popcorn

Although it's not a cetane booster but Marvel Mystery Oil has been performing better than Power Service with our 7.3L lately.

Now thats interesting:sly Is there any cost difference? That stuff is amazing. My dad got an old Mercedes Benz a while back and the motor was froze up. We pulled all the spark plugs and poured MMO in the holes and let'r sit over night with a wrench on the flywheel which had a jack under the handle with pressure on the wrench. Came out the next morning and she was not froze anymore! That car ran like a champ! Smoked for a bit though :D

The place I get Power Service from by the half gallon is about $12.50 and the Marvel Mystery Oil is $17 for a gallon same location.

The Power Service makes the injectors alot louder with the 7.3 versus using Marvel. I should take a photo of all the additiives on my Diesel shelf:eek:

I use Stanadyne performance formula.

Why?....Because I can get it where I work. I've run PS and FPPF Fuel Power before and the Stanadyne smoothed out my idle the most. I even use with B99.

Any fuel injection shop that's Stanadyne authorized should have it, other wise there are a few places on the net that sell it.

How much MMO do you usually add per gallon of diesel? Do you have the 43 gallon tank?

The bottle says 4 ounces of MMO for every 10 gallons. That is what I use. I have tried the others as well and MMO seems to work the best but I do not notice a major difference with any. I mainly run the MMO now to compensate for the ULSD. I figure it should help to keep me from developing leaks as others have complained about.

The best reason to use MMO is it smells good. The other additive smell horrible and are extremely toxic. Not that MMO is packed with vitamins.
