I've already done the mod and am suprised by how much vapors are released. If I'm sitting idle it looks like my truck is smoking bad from the vapors. Is the exhaust hot enough to burn the vapors out if I route the CCV into the exhaust or will it just make it look like the truck is smoking out of the tailpipe?

I guess as easy as it is to weld in a bung I might as well just do it, just curious if it'll cure my problem?

At night while sitting at the Micky D's drive through it looks like my truck is on fire or something with the amount of vapors being released.

This sounds like an excessive amount of blow by to me. Putting it in your exhaust will help dissipate the vapors in that the exhaust will act as a carrier gas, but at idle temps of 300° you wont really burn the vapors.

The exhaust will cut down on the vapors some, but not all of it, like was said. The reason I did it was to get the vapors away from my window.
