Excuse my ignorance but I thought CB's died after everyone bought cell phones.

It gives my somthing to do when im stuck in traffic.

The only piece of diamond plate that i had was off of my old trucks mud flap that i tool off and i tried to buff it and that didnt work so i just painted it. I agree i wanted it chrome but the diamond plate was to rough to bring it back to life.

And if you saw the gap between the head liner and mount, i fixed that so it tight against the roof.

i've been tryin to find a place to mount mine i have the overhead console though. I wonder if the dodge one that mounts it in front of the jumper seat will work on a ford.

How did you mount it to the headliner without drilling through the roof - which is my biggest fear about putting my CB in the same place.
