built in tool box???

any one ever done this???? i know theres alot of open space on our trucks in the bed

No, But ford did it in the late 60's and in to the 70's. They had the spare tire up in the finder on one side and a small tool box on the other side. Would be a nice op. on this size truck.

I've seen Northern Tool's 90 gallon transfer tank/tool box combo in person. My friend has one. The tool box is so tiny it's a joke.

its just a thought, i have two tool boxes for the bed of my truck but never hurts to have one more

I have thought about copying the toolbox option that Nissan has on the Titans (which is a copy of the 60s - 70s Fords). Not a huge box but enough to put chains, straps and small tools.
