Guys i am new here but used thedieselstop mostly till i heard about this site. Anyway my auto trans in my 2001 F-350 CC Dually went south saturday night. We have always wanted a BTS, But we use our truck for work pulling a 32' gooseneck(truck and trailer about 23,000 pounds) and did not have the time to get it done while it still worked. Was goimg to tow the truck up there Sunday to be there first thing Monday but my friend suggested to wait to confirm BTS could get to me since they are popular. So called monday and luckily they had a cancellation for tuesday and i was there Tuesday morning. Talked to brian about what i was going to do sunday and he said since you depend on your truck for work i would have stayed till midnight monday to get you back on the road. Anyway best people you can meet and do business with. I got the V10 trans cooler, a muffler, chip, trans/TC they moved my Pyro sender in right place(bought truck and it was installed wrong) all for under 4900.00 installed and out that day. Towed in town a little today with it and all i have to say is MONEY WELL SPENT and the TRIP IS WORTH EVERY MOMENT! Guys if you want someone who takes pride in their work and produces quality and not quanity Brian and the BTS team is the best(they make you feel at home),and they let you watch the build and give you straight answers about any questions. Go and enjoy the expierance at BTS. Sorry for long post but they are worth talking about.
