bottom caliper pins doesn`t seem to slide very well. the ones with the rubber bushing on the ends. installed new one on left front and seems tight, but not as tight as right front with old bushing. used proper grease on caliper pins and bushing. still get a thump sometimes from brakes, like the caliper is hanging up.

rust built up in the holes is making the bushing tighter.

Just a little FYI most guys replace these pins with new ones from ford due to the old ones having hairline cracks and warpage. I got a four pack from ford for a decent price. Good Luck

Rust damage, get new pins, and rubber bushings. Then use synthetic grease or water resistant grease not anti sieze because the heat dries out the lubricating properties.
