CBS yesterday ran their version of how this pandemic might play in the tv made for movie "Fatal Contact." While watching I remembered a good article I read in Popular Mechanics about the effort to get out in front of the virus and head it off.
In an effort learn how it could spread scientist have exhumed the bodies of WW1 soldiers who died of the 1918 Spanish Flu that killed between 20 and 50 million people worldwide. From their lung tissue this extremly deadly virus is being resurected.
