This is my first post here, so...sorry, I know this has probably been asked and answered before, but any help is appreciated.
I drive an '07 F-550 for work everyday. I love the truck, but there is one little thing that annoys me every single day. When the truck is put into drive, the doors lock.....good saftey feature, but annoying as hell in my line of work. So when i get out, and go to open the passenger side door, it's locked.....and I end up having to walk back around to the drivers side to unlock the doors, so I can continue with what I was doing. I probably do this 20-50 times everyday...you think I would learn right?! Some of the older trucks in our fleet had this same feature, and the local Ford garage was able to override it. When I asked them about disabling it on my truck, I was told it can't be done. I call bull****. Anyone know how?
