Arkansas Woman Shows Up Drunk For DWI Hearing

Found in the "Dallas Morning News": A Little Rock woman facing her fifth drunken-driving charge in the span of a year – and third in less than a month – showed up to a court appearance drunk Tuesday morning, a court official said.

Susan Marshall, 55, was arrested for contempt of court after a brief appearance in Little Rock District Court, said chief probation officer Sheila Farley. Marshall later had a blood-alcohol level of 0.147 percent, Farley said. The legal limit for adult drivers in Arkansas is 0.08 percent.

Marshall said she did not drive to her court appearance and had no keys when arrested, Farley said.

Marshall, who had three drunken-driving arrests in September, was taken to Pulaski County Jail. She was scheduled for another court appearance Wednesday, Farley said.

the sad thing is, they will probably hand her liscense back to her, and then she will get drunk and kill innocent people.

she should never be able to drive again, after that many arrest.

I brought a friend of mine to court years ago to answer DWI charges, and he was loaded at the time. When the judge asked him to turn in his license, he replied that he didn't have one. When asked if he had lost it, he replied "No, your majesty, you son of a bit**'s took it!" It had already been revoked. I was 20 at the time, and left the court room alone and much wiser. If I'm having more than 1, the Mrs. drives. Or the truck stays parked.

.30 cal slug is cheaper. Worthless pile. I doubt she had licenses for her last 2 DWIs what good is taking it away from her going to do?
