Any 4x4 traiils around Austin, TX???

Is there any good places around Austin TX to go offroading at? I"m not talking extreme rock crawling or mudding, just somewhere I can kick the truck in 4 wheel and just go exploring for a few hours.

Not very likely. Everything is private property so unless you find someone who has opened their land to the public, and it is possible, you won't find anywhere you can just pull off and go. When I was in high school many many years ago, it was a different story.
