Anti-surge wheels

Is there a difference between the different brands of anti-surge wheels. I know there are several out there for differnet prices, but is one better than the other?

I can tell you after installing mine this past weekend, I love it! Surge seems to have dissipated (although I tow very little) and the sound is just sweet!!
