Amsoil Torque-Drive still acceptable?

I just want to ask before I spend the small fortune on 5 gallons of it.

I remember reading about it a long time ago that it is OK due to being Mercon, but not Mercon V, rated.

Anybody using it, and have comments?

Hope to have this for when I do the Sonnax mod that is sitting in the garage.
