I picked up a "U" shaped adapter for my inside tires, Picked it up at a trucker supply store.... I think it ran me 6.50 for the set..... You may want to try a JC Whitney online search also, as I thought I saw a similar product there...

i bought a set of wheel masters dual inflators,, the long hose hooks to the inside wheel and i have a small bracket riveted to my dually center cap and the short hose hooked to the outer wheel and a small bracket 180 out from teh inner bracket. takes a few minutes to line up when putting th ewheels back on, but tons easier to air up the tires
we do alot of pressure changes based on load to get the max wear out of the tires
cammping world has em for under 39
