I'm picking up the 97 psd today and am wondering how hard t is going to be to put the a/c from the 97 in the 92? the 92 is a f350 custom and ahs never had air so I wonder if it is going to fit or am I going to have to cut anything ie the fire wall or the box. has anybody done this if so pease let me know. I have done alot of a/c and am licenced so the changing it over is not a problem just wonder what I'm gonna be up against? thanks

Youre going to need everything from the controls in the dash all the way to the condenser out front. Take a look at the heat/AC fan box on both trucks and see if it is a direct bolt in swap.

well I got it home. that thing is in good shape. I gotta good deal on it. as for the a/c everything looks the same and should interchange. has anybody ever messed with the control panel and how much trouble is it to get that panel and switches? out.
