I did a search on this but couldn't find anything. I read a while ago that a plug can be purchased for this, and I believe it was an oil drain plug from a Dodge Cummins Diesel. Also where is the AIH located? Is it the center port on the intake Y with the wires going to it?

Yes, thats the one... Just remove the wires and install plug. I would rather buy one from some of the good vendors out there myself, I know ITP Diesel sells one as does Bob at Dieselsite.

If you go with the cummins drain, be sure to grind it down so its not projecting into the intake pipe. I drilled and tapped mine for the boost referance for the water injection

Thanks again CHPMustang!! Yes I plan on drilling and tapping the plug for a boost gauge as well. Just couldn't see paying the money they wanted for it. I can drill and tap with the best of them, and I happen to have some nice fittings to use for the 1/8" boost line!
