AFE intakes

ok decided on going with an AFE stage 2 intake for my 7.3. On ebay they seen cheaper but was wondering why one has a battery tray and one doesnt...

Are they both AFE intakes or is one a knock off?

Looking at the title, one is for an OBS and the other is for a SD 98 (early99) - 03
