my truck has AE injectors and 2 of them are bad, i have a set of AE's can i replace the 2 bad ones with AE's, or can i not mix them?
AE and AD??

As I recall, you don't want to mix the two injectors. Different applications. I am not the 7.3 expert on injectors.

the truck that had the AD'S in it had an AE on the #7 or 8 cyl, so there shouldnt be much diffrence right?

ok, i get the dumbass award for today, i assumed that because it says AE on my valve cover that i had AE injectors, they are AD so im gunna swap out the 2 bad ones and replace all of my O rings

some trucks have the ae in one hole (#8?) and the rest ad's. i dont think it makes a difference, from what i recall someone saying on this site a long time ago.
