Adrinaline HPOP ?

Hello all! I just ordered the adrinaline HPOP from the Dieselsite! I can wait until it gets here. I have a couple of questions. 1. I have had oil leaking in the valley and was wondering if there was any other possible place besides the HPOP it could be leaking. 2 Does anyone have the Adrinaline HPOP if so what do you think?

Is your leak just oil or is it a fuel and oil mix? Have you replaced the o-rings on the fuel/water separator drain valve yet? This is a common reason for leakage. It could also be the turbo pedestal o-rings.

Leaks could be coming from just about anywhere, valve cover gaskets, leaking HPOP hose "O" rings, IPR "O" rings, leaking oil galley plug "O" rings. Maybe it might be coming from the turbo pedestal. You're just gonna have to clean the area real good and then frequently check it to try to identify the source.

I have an Adrenaline HPOP on order. But there is a question about my tuning as to if it or my HPOP maybe causing my CES lights. I had a problem with my AutoEnginuity cable which is on its way back from repair. Bob @ Dieselsite and Bill the godfather of 7.3 tuning, want me to do some data logging so they can look at it before selling me a HPOP that may not be the cause of my CES lights.

There are quite a few sources for oil leaks in the valley. Oil galley plugs, HPO hoses, IPR, HPOP, turbo pedestal, and more.

I am also interested in the Adrinaline's performance. Let us know what you the results when yours gets installed.

I just put pedestal O-rings in mine... that was a friggin JOY...

i know about 20 people running the adrinaline and seem to be very happy with it..better throttle and added power..they all seem to be holding 3000 PSI in the tow tunes..

Thanks for the response guys. I have replaced the fuel drain orings about a month ago. The hpo hoses seem to be pretty new and dry, valve covers seem fine also. Im dont know much about checking the turbo pedistal, IPR, or oil galley plugs. Any info on how to find and check these would be great. Sometimes it leaks quit abit several spots from quarter size up to 3 inch puddle and sometimes just a few drops. The oil seems to be under the HPOP running back.

best thing to do is clean the valley out with simple green and water..start her up and see if you can find it right off..if you dont..take it for ride and check again..there are a lot of places it could leek..if you dont see it right off..at least tell us what part of the valley collect oil first..this will cut the posable leaks in half..

Well sounds like you are pretty well covered in areas to check. Heard many great things about that HPOP.
