they come as a pair with the longer center bolts for $72, is there anything else i will need to complete the level kit?

Putting in an add-a-leaf isn't hard and the new, longer, center pin is usually all that you need. Just remember that you are working on a BIG heavy truck and it is going to take more effort to bust the nuts and bolts loose!! A couple of large C-clamps would be handy to clamp the front springs together when you take the stock centering pin out and put in the extra leaf.
The add-a-leaf will level your truck BUT, it will ride rather ROUGH due to the added spring in the front. Some people don't mind the rough ride and others do. I have friends that went with the add-a-leaf and friends that used the spacer kit and stock springs, they both got the lift they wanted and spent what they could afford.
You can use the stock shocks but there are shocks made for leveled trucks.
You have to decide what's best for you.

I think i could handle a rougher ride better than i can stand looking at my truck sitting like a drag car, LOL.

Also if i use high quaility shocks i assume that would help some right? which kit do you feel would be the better kit? the add a leafs or the spacers?

Thanks for the help!
