Today while taking the camper to the campground I noted that the trans temp was 190 to 200. I do know that it usually runs 100* over ambient, which was 75-80, and it will run hotter towing, especially back roads. What I am wondering about is I can see the temp at say 190 but when I look at it the next second, or so, it will drop 10* instantly. Trans fluid is full, I checked the connection at the sender, and it seems OK. What else?

Then on the way back home, the truck just felt different. I noted twice that the check engine light came on for a few seconds, but then would go back off. Once the go pedal had no response, but then reacted again.

Suggestion, ideas, comments?

Thanks
