99 no start

Hi guys I have a 99 f350, wont start cold, will start with block heater plugged in. check eng lite is on and the code is p1393 low input bank#2.
Any ideas?

THat's glow plug low input. I believe that's passenger side.


Check your wiring harnesses to the valve cover gasket and underneath it going to the GPs. While under there I'd ohm out the GPs also to make sure there aren't any bad ones.
