Blows 30 amp fuse when attempting to start.

whats the fuse location ( under hood, under dash?) and number?

Under dash. Disconnected cable but still blows.

Thats the fuse for your fuel heater. Unplug the fuel heater (located underhood) and replace fuse and be happy.

Thanks, for all of your replys, we found out that I had a bad fuel heater. Hopefully this will fix it.
