99 7.3 in a 95

Would it be a PITA to put a 99 7.3L in a 1995 F-350. I would be using the transmission from the 99 if that makes a difference.

Its the same block so it should bolt right in however..... The 99 was intercooled, had a different turbo and will need the PCM from the 99 also.

I put a 2000 e450 van motor in my 95f350 4x4 . no problems,changed the oil cooler,valve cover gaskets,& installed the electric fuel pump.The van turbo doesn,t have a wastegate.I tried to fit a wastegated turbo, but it was hitting the firewall.
