I was wondering how much hp and tq a stock f350 has and how much I could gain with some kind of tuner and which one would be the best choice for power but still get good mileage

stock it has between 180 and 200 rwhp (roughly). Without going to larger injectors, you will not realize any more than a 75 hp gain. There are a lot of brand options out there but favorites tend to be a TS style chip with custom programs from Jody Tipton or Tony Wildman, bully dog, Edge, and a few others.

Have you replaced your intake and exhaust? You really should add at minimum an EGT gauge before you program. Mine can run hot just on the stock setting.
